Once you started doing this diet, you will not feel hungry most of the time and experience reduced foods cravings due to changes happening in your digestive system.

The next thing that you have to do is to make an exercise plan for yourself. Have an exercise plan that fits the schedule of a forty year old women. Your exercise routine should have some aerobic or cardiovascular training as well as strength and flexibility training. If you are not someone who will most likely join a gym club then just do your exercises at home for at least 30 minutes in the morning and evening. This will make the fat burning process in your body faster and more effective.

If possible, try to reduce the amount of stress that you get yourself into. If you are always stressed out then you would have a hard time losing weight. Use your free time on relaxing instead of stressing yourself out in working. Enjoy your evenings especially those hours before going to sleep. Give yourself a hot and relaxing bath regularly.
